Use the End of Year Process page to set the options to complete the End of Year process. Go to Admin > End of Year Process.
•All schools in the district are listed in the Grade and School Promotion section of the page with flags for CEP and Provision 2 (P2). If a school is P2, the base year is shown in the Base Year column.
EXAMPLE: A base year of 2020 means that the school’s base year is the 2020-2021 school year, which starts in the 2020 Fall Quarter. After rollover of a P2 school in their base year, all eligibilities will remain unchanged from the previous year.
•The Preview tab shows summary counts for Students, Adults, and Total Liability. These counts show what currently exists (Before Rollover) and what the system will look like after rollover (After Rollover). There are also counts for all eligibility categories. This information provides a clear picture of what is going to happen with the rollover process; if any discrepancies are discovered, they can be handled prior to rollover.
Eligibilities on the Preview tab are sorted by patron type and then alphabetically by eligibility.
