The PEARS program is activated in the Schools option.
1. Go to Admin > Schools.
2. On the Schools page, click More Details for the appropriate school.
3. On the School Details tab, select Pennsylvania from the State drop-down list. Districts participating in the PEARS program must have a Central Office located in Pennsylvania in order to access the functionality.
4. On the State & Federal Regulations tab, check the PEARS Program checkbox and enter the appropriate ID in the PEARS ID field. The PEARS ID is mapped to the School ID and is the same value as the CN PEARS Agreement Number.
5. Click Save.
