Add a Comment

Use the following procedure to add a comment from the Student Records screen:

1.  Go to Community > Student Records.

2.  Search for and then double-click the record line item. Record information appears in the Quick View panel.

3.  Click the student name in the Quick View panel to display the student record.

4.  Click the Comments tab.

5.  Click the  icon (Add) and click Add new record. A row is inserted. The system automatically populates the Entered By and Entered Date fields.

6.  Enter a comment.

7.  Click Save.
