1. Go to Menus > Recipe Management > Recipes.
2. Click the New Recipe button.
3. Enter information in the following fields:
•Recipe ID*: Enter the recipe ID. Make sure you reference the existing number convention already established when entering the ID.
•Recipe Name*: Enter the recipe name.
•Standard Yield*: Verify the standard yield and change it, if necessary. The standard yield allows you to define the number of servings a recipe will produce and should represent a total amount of servings in a recipe.
•Food Category: Select the food category used to organize recipes when printing.
•Recipe Source: Select the recipe source that identifies who created the recipe.
