If the Meals To-Go option is enabled in System Options (Admin > Definitions/Setup > Global > System Options), a Meals To-Go Terminal section will appear on the POS tab.
Note: A Meals To-Go user group must be created for the Meals To-Go feature (using the POS Group Rights option) and the Meals To-Go group rights must be enabled for the user group. Cashiers added to the Meals To-Go group must have a valid email address. After logging out and then logging back in, the user will see the Meals To-Go Terminal section on the POS tab.
A Meals To-Go terminal must be added to enable the Sales mode. The terminal number is automatically generated based on the last POS terminal number in the Terminals grid (for example, if the last POS terminal number in the Terminals grid is 5, the Meals To-Go terminal number will be 6).
Note: Only one terminal can be used for the Meals To-Go feature; if a terminal already appears in the Terminal Number column, the Add Terminal button will be disabled.
1. Click Add Terminal to add a Meals To-Go terminal to the grid.
• The Terminal Number column is automatically populated with a terminal number based on the last POS terminal number in the Terminals grid.
• The Active checkbox is automatically checked when the Meals To-Go terminal is created.
2. Click Save.
