Apply a Prepayment to a Record

Use the following procedure to apply a prepayment to a record from the Student Records or Adults and Teachers screen.

Note: Transactions you perform in the Web application will not affect your site’s tills.

1.  Go to Community > Student Records or Community > Adults and Teachers.

2.  Click on the appropriate record and then click Adjust Funds or click the   icon under Account Balance. The Account screen appears.

3.  Select a payment denomination or enter an amount.

4.  Specify the form of payment:

    Click Cash for a cash payment.

    Click Check for a check payment and enter the check number in the Check Number field.

5.  Click Save.
