Basic Claims Report

The Basic Claims report (Reports > Standard > POS) displays the information needed to file reimbursement claims for the selected schools and dates. This report supports Provision 2 schools. The date the report was printed appears in the footer of the report in the Printed On field.

Note: Standard rounding is applied to total meal counts. Previous to release 2021.02.01, the free meals value was rounded up (ceiling) and the reduced meals value was rounded down (floor) on the Basic Claims report. For example, if the free meals value was 64.2, that value was rounded up to 65.

The Total Attendance Supper amount, always pull from Daily Entry (POS > Daily Entry > Attendance tab), is not affected by the option (Attendance Factor or Imported Attendance) selected from the Attend. Factor report criteria field.

When the Claims report is run, the Supper amount under the Total Attendance column will match the Supper Attendance listed in the Daily Entry section. If Attendance is not entered in Daily Entry in the Supper section, the Supper amount will be zero (0) on the report.

Report Criteria

You can specify the following criteria for running the report:

    Export to the screen or to a PDF file.

    Run the report for Schools or School Groups.

    Filter by School/School Group and Method (Summary, Summary By School, or Detailed By School).

    Specify a date range.
