The Basic Claims report displays the information needed to file reimbursement claims for the selected schools and dates. This report supports Provision 2 schools. The date the report was printed appears in the footer of the report in the Printed On field.
You can select multiple schools in the School field. Click in the field and select a school from the list that appears. Continue to select schools one at a time. To remove a school from the field, click the X next to the entry.
Report Criteria
You can specify the following criteria for running the report:
• Export to the screen or to a PDF file.
• Run the report for Schools or School Groups.
• Filter by School/School Group and Method (Summary, Summary By School, or Detailed By School).
• Specify a date range.
Available Formats
Select a format from the drop-down list next to Run.

• Show Severe Needs Separate
