Benefit Issuance Document

The Benefit Issuance Document allows you to review applications in preparation for audits. The report includes Student Name, School Name, Student ID, Benefit Status, Method of Certification, Date of Certification, and the Verified status.

Document Criteria

You can specify the following criteria for running the document:

    Export to the screen or to a PDF file.

    Run the document for Schools or School Groups.

    Filter by School/School Group and Date.
