Check Off Roster

The Check Off Roster includes School or School Group, Grade, Status, Classroom, ID or PIN (if selected to include), Last Name, First Name, Grade, and a 5-day (Mon – Fri) or 7-day (Mon – Sun) check off roster.

You can uncheck the Group By Classroom checkbox (checked by default) to run the Check Off Roster without grouping by classroom, and with students sorted alphabetically by last name.

When the Group By Classroom checkbox is not checked, the Page Break By Classroom checkbox does not appear.

This report includes a date and time stamp in the footer to show when the report was generated. The time reflects the Central Office time zone.

Roster Criteria

You can specify the following criteria for running the roster:

    Export to the screen or to a PDF file.

    Run the report for Schools or School Groups.

    Filter by School/School Group, Grade, and Status.

    Specify to show ID, PIN, or None.

    Run a 7 Day Roster (include Monday through Sunday).

    Group by classroom.

    Include page breaks by classroom.
