The Daily Audit Report, which replaces the custom Daily Meal Roster, is used to prove to auditors any meals that were served. The report details every eligibility, and the name of every student that purchased a first meal in that eligibility. The report also lists the terminal at which the meal was sold, and whether the student is from a site other than where the student is eating.
You can select multiple serving periods (the Serving Period field is multi-select). To select multiple items, click on the item in the drop-down list to add it to the selection box. To remove an item, click the X beside the entry.
Report Criteria
You can specify the following criteria for running the report:
•Export to the screen or to a PDF file.
•Run the report for Schools or School Groups.
•Filter by School/School Group and Serving Periods.
•Specify the Eligibility Display (Eligibility Code, Eligibility Name, or Hide Eligibility).
