To access the Daily Production Records page, click Complete in the Daily Records box on the home dashboard screen. Record daily production records using the table that includes the following columns:
Note: Enter information in the Offered Servings, Discard Comment, and Leftover columns on all items first and then enter information in the Time and Temp (°F) columns.
• Planned Servings: Projected number of servings needed.
• Offered Servings: Number of servings prepared.
• Selected Servings: Number of servings served.
• Discard: Servings discarded.
• Discard Comment: Comment regarding discarded servings.
• Leftover: Servings leftover.
• Leftover Reason: Reason servings leftover.
• Time: Time of cooking, holding, or cooling. (Times must have an associated temperature.)
• Temp (°F): Temperature of cooking, holding, or cooling.
• Serving Cost: Estimated cost per serving based on current cost of inventory items.
• Total Cost: Estimated cost of Selected Servings and Discard amount of menu item.
Production Worksheet
On the Daily Production Records page, click Print at the bottom of the page to print the Production Worksheet. The export options are Acrobat (PDF) file, CSV (comma delimited), Excel 97-2003, Rich Text Format, TIFF file, and Web Archive. Click the printer icon to print the report. The report prints in landscape format.
Production Records Report
After the Production Record has been completed at the site level on the home dashboard, users can click the more options icon in the Daily Records box and select the Production Records Report option to display the Production Records print preview screen.
The export options are Acrobat (PDF) file, CSV (comma delimited), Excel 97-2003, Rich Text Format, TIFF file, and Web Archive. Click the printer icon to print the report. The report prints in landscape format.
