Define Provision 2 Claiming Percentages

The Provision 2 Claiming Percentages option will appear on the Admin > Definitions/Setup > Community menu if you have at least one provision school in your district. You are not required to provide values for Free and Reduced percentages, but the Breakfast and Lunch percentages must total 100% for each school. The Full Pay percentage field will auto-calculate based on the Free and Reduced entries. The Full Pay percentage fields are not editable.

If the Free or Reduced field values are missing for Breakfast or Lunch, an alert will appear when you click Save:

There is no amount entered for Free/Reduced Breakfast/Lunch. Please verify your entries.

You can enter percentages up to four decimal spaces (for example, 15.1234). If you enter more than four decimal values, the value will be rounded (for example, 33.12339 would be rounded to 33.1234).

1.  Go to Admin > Definitions/Setup > Community > Provision 2 Claiming Percentages.

2.  Check the Breakfast Only checkbox if defining percentages for breakfast only; the Lunch fields will be disabled.

3.  Click in the Free field and enter the Free rate.

4.  Click in the Reduced field and enter the Reduced rate.

5.  Click in the Full Pay field and enter the Full Pay rate.

6.  Click Save.
