The Double Meals Report provides you with a count of meals served by site for a selected date range. The report can be used to determine if patrons have received more than one reimbursable meal within the same serving period.
Totals are provided for:
• Total Claimed Double Meals for Date
• Total Claimed Double Meals for School
• Grand Total of Claimed Doubled Meals
The school selection is tied to the home site of the student—not the serving site. For example, selecting High School A will show students assigned to High School A, even if the double meals were served at High School B.
You can select multiple serving periods to include in the report (the Serving Period field is multi-select). To select multiple items, click on the item in the drop-down list to add it to the selection box. To remove an item, click the X beside the entry.
Report Criteria
You can specify the following criteria for running the report:
• Export to the screen or to a PDF file.
• Run the report for Schools or School Groups.
• Filter by School/School Groups.
• Specify a date range.
• Specify one or more Serving Periods (ALL, BREAKFAST, LUNCH, etc.).
