Edit Check Report

The Edit Check report lets you know if your meal counts are within the range of your Enrollment or Attendance Factors. The report provides a list of eligible applications, meal counts, and participation percentage for the selected schools, dates, attendance factor, serving periods, compliance check method, and data type. You can display the report based on count or attendance factor:

    If you base the report on count, the participation factor is calculated as 100% of the eligibility enrollment.

    If you base the report on the feeding factor, the participation is calculated as 100% of the eligibility attendance.

When you select more than one school, the report will page break when the school changes. The date the report is printed appears in the report footer and a page number is included.

Note: The standard reports Edit Check and Edit Check-CEP were consolidated into the Edit Check report, making it unnecessary to run a separate Edit Check report for CEP or Non-CEP schools.

Report Criteria

You can specify the following criteria for running the report:

    Export to the screen or to a PDF file.

    Specify a date range.

    Filter by Claim Type:

ALL: All school types

Standard: Non-CEP, Non-Provision 2

CEP: Only CEP schools

Provision 2: Only Provision 2 schools

    Run the report for Schools or School Groups.

    Filter by School, Compliance, Rounding Type, and Serving Period. (The Standard Rounding option allows you to round to the nearest integer.)
