If the PEARS Program is activated (refer to the Activate the PEARS Program topic), you can enter a CACFP ID for each school site:
1. Go to Admin > Schools.
2. On the Schools page, click More Details for the district.
Note: Pennsylvania must be selected from the State drop-down list on the School Details tab.
3. On the State & Federal Regulations tab, check the PEARS Program checkbox if it is not already checked. A CACFP checkbox will appear on the tab.
4. Check the CACFP checkbox. A CACFP ID field will appear, allowing you to enter an ID (maximum 16 characters).
5. Click Save to save your entries.
