Enter Instructions

Use the Instructions tab to enter preparation methods, HACCP, and cooking instructions for your recipe.

1.  Enter information in the Preparation Method fields:

    Pre-Prep Days: Enter the number of pre-prep days.

    Cook Temperature: Enter the cook temperature.

    Cook Time: Specify the cook time in hours and minutes.

    HACCP: Select an HACCP option from the drop-down list (if using an HACCP program within your district/state).

    HACCP Process Category: Select a category from the drop-down list (if using an HACCP program within your district/state).

2.  Enter information in the Instructions fields:

    Type: Select a type from the drop-down list (Prep Instructions, Pre-Prep Instructions, or Serving Instructions).

    Instructions: Enter the instructions for how to prepare a quality product. Include information such as thaw, pre-prep, assembling, cook temp, and times.

3.  Click Next.
