Enter Labor Standard Hours

Use the Labor Standard tab to enter standard labor hours for serving periods. The Labor Standard data will drive the Meals Per Labor Hour report.

1.  On the Labor Standard tab, enter information in the following fields:

•    Average Cost Per Labor Hour: Enter the average cost per labor hour.

•    Daily Overhead Cost: Enter the daily overhead cost.

2.  For each serving period type, make entries in the Default Labor Hours and Percent of Daily Overhead fields.

3.  Click Save.
