Enter Serving Size

Use the Serving Size tab to define how much of the recipe will be served to each patron in each grade group.

1.  In the Serving Size Assignment section, enter the serving size in the Portion column for each Grade Group that will use the recipe.

2.  Click Save. The software will automatically scale the serving sizes to meet the required amount for that age group.

3.  Click Next.
