Force Password Resets Manually – User Groups

Users in the Administrator user group can force a password reset for a user group from the User Groups page (Admin > User Groups) by selecting the user group, clicking the down arrow next to Save, and clicking Force Password Reset. A prompt will appear:

This will require all users in the [user group] group to change their passwords on the next login. Are you sure you wish to proceed?

Click OK or Cancel.

Note: A force password change cannot be applied to the Horizon Administrators, or users in the cashiers user group.
