Force Password Resets Manually - Users

Users in the Administrator user group can force a password reset for a user from the User Details section of the Users page (Admin > Users > More Details) by selecting the user, clicking the down arrow next to Save, and clicking Force Password Reset. The following prompt will appear:

This will force the user to change their password at the next login. Are you sure you wish to proceed?

Click OK or Cancel.

Note: A force password change cannot be applied to the Horizon Administrators, or users in the cashiers user group.
