The following options are available in the Free And Reduced section of the System Options screen:
• Auto Generate Application Numbers: This option allows you to automatically generate application numbers rather than entering them manually. If this checkbox is checked, the following fields on the Application tab (Community > Eligibility > Applications) will be read-only: App #, Eligibility, Reason, and Source.
• Starting Application Number: Enter the starting application number just after Rollover.
• Universal Attendance Factor: Specify the Universal Attendance Factor. This value is used on the Edit Check and other reports.
• Use Universal Factor: Check this checkbox to multiply meals by the Universal Attendance Factor on reports.
• Calculate CEP by: Select your method of approval for CEP (District, Schools, or School Groups). Go to Admin > Definitions/Setup > Community > CEP Claiming Percentages to input percentages.
• Benefit Reduction Grace Period: Select Use Calendar Days or Use Operational Days to set the Temporary Grace period expiration.
• SFA – State Verification Report: The School Food Authority (SFA) Verification Collection Report provides a summary of verification results. The information entered in the following fields will print on the State Verification Report.

o SFA ID#
o SFA Type (NA, Public, or Nonprofit Private)
o SFA City
o SFA Zip Code
