Household Survey Information Status Report

Districts using the Household Survey feature can generate a Household Survey Information Status report to reference student household information status based on the survey results (household size and income range).

The report includes:

    Student’s last name, first name, student ID, and school

    HHS# (generated during the household submission at the website)

    Submission Date (date the household survey was submitted)

    Household Size and Income Range (selected at the household survey website)

    Case Number (household member case number)

    HHS Info Status (Free, Reduced, Full Pay)

    Signer Name (household survey signer at the website)

Report Criteria

You can specify the following criteria for running the report:

    Export to the screen, PDF, CSV (comma delimited), Excel, Rich Text Format, TIFF file, or Web Archive.

    Run the report for Schools or School Groups.

    Filter by School/School Group and Month/Year.

    Specify a date range.

    Specify a Household Survey Information Status (ALL, Free, Reduced, or Full Pay).
