Integration maps are typically created with the assistance of Horizon Engineers.
Verify that the .csv import file matches the originally configured template BEFORE you complete these steps.
Note: Medicaid students in an import will override any reduced or free income with the exception of SNAP, TANF, or FDPIR DC cases.
1. Log in and select Central Office as the school.
2. Go to Admin > Integration.
3. Select the integration job from the Job Name list on the left side of the screen.
4. Click Save and then select Launch Job from the drop-down list next to the Save button. The Open screen appears.
5. Locate the file you want to import and click Open. Preparing Import File appears in the top-right corner of the screen and the progress status of the import shows in the Job Details field.
6. Click OK to finish.
7. Click the History tab and verify that the import was run successfully.
