Integration Maps - Export Jobs

The PEARS export process (Admin > Definitions/Setup > Integration Maps) includes export selection criteria to support the export templates.

In the Schools option (Admin > Schools > POS tab), if the Claim Child Schools Separately checkbox is checked, FOH will override the School and Satellite Consolidated export template when it is selected by a user. If the checkbox is unchecked, the FOH reports will roll satellite/child claim totals up to their parent schools.

Export Value	Description
Map Type	PEARS Export
File Type	Fixed Width file formatting available.
Export Template	School and Satellite Individual: Generates data for each separately. School and Satellite Consolidated: Rolls generated data for satellites up to the “parent” school. All Schools Consolidated: Generates and consolidates all school data.
Group by Serve Date	Select the flag to group the date by serve date.
Remove Sites with 0 Supper Meals	Select the flag to remove sites with 0 supper meals from the export.

Note: When the PEARS program is activated (refer to the Activate the PEARS Program help topic), an 8-character MMDDYYYY date format is available for all file types.
