The PEARS import process (Admin > Definitions/Setup > Integration Maps) supports the PEARS attendance data import. The available import fields are controlled by the school state mapping. Schools in Pennsylvania have access to PEARS-specific integration map fields.

Accountability Lock Out Date |
Affects whether schools can edit claims information. If a school has a lockout date set, the import job will run for dates prior. The process will skip the appropriate schools and import the rest. Imports run after a set lockout date will run and update the history. |
PEARS Attendance values can be imported using the PEARS import map. Users have the option to update the DC Counts using the imported values.
