The Journal report displays a list of items sold, including quantity, cost, sale price, and totals, for the selected schools and terminals within a date range. The Transaction Time column (previously the Serve Date column) reflects the date and time used in the Journal report.
To select multiple schools in the School field, click on a school in the drop-down list to add it to the selection box. To remove a school, click the X beside the entry.
Voids on individual transactions within Sales with multiple transactions are included and indicated with a dot.
When the Journal report is run and exported to CSV (comma delimited), the report will include Voided and Modified columns.
Note: The Journal report correctly handles time zones and daylight saving time.
Report Criteria
You can specify the following criteria for running the report:
•Export to the screen or to a PDF file.
•Run the list for Schools or School Groups.
•Filter by School/School Groups, Grade, Serving Period, Identification, and Terminal.
•Specify a date range.
Available Formats
Select a format from the drop-down list next to Run.
•All Transactions
•Voided Transactions Only
•Modified Transactions Only
