The Liability report displays the liability for students, schools, and the total of both.
A Refunds column is included in the top summary section of the report and in the Liability section. Refunds will appear as negative values since they are taking money out of the school.
Note: The Total PWA (Paid With Account) column heading was previously Total Sales.
Report Criteria
You can specify the following criteria for running the report:
•Export to the screen or to a PDF file.
•Run the list for Schools or School Groups.
•Filter by School/School Groups and Method (Summary or Detailed).
•Specify a date range.
