The Meals Charged report provides a method for identifying students who have a negative balance and the number of meals charged on their account since the account became negative. The report does not count a la carte charges. (This report can be used by schools in New York state to prevent lunch shaming.)
Report Criteria
You can specify the following criteria for running the report:
• Export to the screen or to a PDF file.
• Run the report for Schools or School Groups.
• Filter by School/School Group.
• Sort by Name, Meal Count, or Balance.
• Specify whether to show or hide the PIN.
Available Formats
Click the down arrow next to Run to select the Run with Contact Information format. Select this format to include student guardian names and primary phone numbers on the report. The report can be used to collect overdue meal balances.
