Meals Per Labor Hour

The Meals Per Labor Hour Report allows managers to determine how many meals the staff creates per hour. Before the report can be generated, Meal Conversion Factor and A La Carte Factor must be specified for each site, along with the serving period for calculation of the Total Meal Equivalents. Meal Equivalents (MEQs) are set up in the Meals Per Labor Hour section of the System Options screen.
