The Menu Analysis report allows nutritionists to perform nutrient analysis for calories, saturated fat, and sodium on Planned Menus, Offered Menus, and Selected Menus. Users can view the list of menu items, including serving size, offered number of servings, and feeding figure, and view nutrient analysis of a menu for one meal for one day and of multiple menus for one meal (week). The report identifies missing nutrient values and menus that do not meet nutrient standards.
Report Criteria
• Export to the screen or to a PDF file.
• Select to analyze for Cycle:
o Filter by Grade Group, School, Serving Period, and Menu Cycle.
o Specify to include Menu Items.
• Select to analyze for Planned, Offered, or Selected:
o Specify to include Menu Items.
o Filter by School and Serving Period
o Run the report for a Date or Week Time Period.
