The Nutrient Composition report shows the nutrient values for the food items in the Child Nutrition database (CN-D) and locally entered by the district. Filters are available for easily locating and assessing your food items.
Report Criteria
You can specify the following criteria for running the report:
•Export to the screen or to a PDF file.
•Specify an Item Type (Local, Local Attached to CN, CN, Discontinued CN, or All). Click Select Items under the Item Type field to search for and select items to include on the report.
•Specify a Sort By option (Stock Description, Stock ID, CN Code, or CN Description.
