The Nutrient Standard report summarizes the USDA Nutrient and Meal Pattern standards for Breakfast and Lunch by Grade Group. You can summarize the report for 3, 4, or 5 days.
The Grade Group field is multi-select. To select multiple grade groups, click on the item in the drop-down list to add it to the selection box. To remove an item, click the X beside the entry.
Report Criteria
You can specify the following criteria for running the report:
•Export to the screen or to a PDF file.
•Filter the report by Grade Group, Serving Period, and Standard Type.
•Specify the Length of Week.
