Online Applications Report

When running the Online Applications report, you can specify a range of high or low annual incomes, which will help identify applications with input errors. Total Household Size and Eligibility are included in the report. The report lists application numbers in sequential order. The application submitted date is the default date range selection. The submitted date range appears in the Date Entered column on the report.

When you select to search by Submitted Date Range, you can select multiple assistance programs (the Assistance Programs field is multi-select). To select multiple items, click on the item in the drop-down list to add it to the selection box. To remove an item, click the X beside the entry.

If you revise the program labels on the Online Applications page (Admin > Definition/Setup >Community > Online Applications), the modified program label name will appear in the Assistance Programs drop-down list.

Note: Districts that do not want Foster, Homeless, Migrant, and Runaway information to be input on online applications can uncheck those options in the Display Benefit Options section at the bottom of the Online Applications screen.

You can view online applications from prior years by specifying a date range prior to the current school year. The submitted date range criteria will include applications with archived submitted dates. The following note will appear in the report footer:

*Eligibility statuses may not be available. CEP and Provision 2 eligibilities will not be displayed for archived school years.

Household members with no income appear on the report in the bottom half of the application.

This report includes a date and time stamp in the footer to show when the report was generated. The time reflects the Central Office time zone.
