Physical Inventory Value

The Physical Inventory Value report shows the value of physical inventory items for the selected sites, inventory types, and physical inventory date. You can exclude zero values from the report by selecting Exclude Zero Values from the drop-down list next to the Run button.

Report Criteria

You can specify the following criteria for running the report:

•    Export to the screen or to a PDF file.

•    Run the report for Schools or School Groups.

•    Filter by School/School Group.

•    Specify a Method (Summary or Detailed) and an Inventory Type (ALL, Food, Supply, or Equipment).

•    Specify a Physical Inventory Date and Sort By option (School Name or School ID).
