Production Costs Report

The Production Costs report is used to help determine food cost for a defined period of time. Districts must report on food cost each month to ensure that they are managing an appropriate program in relation to the reimbursements they are receiving. The report can be generated for a specific day.

Report Criteria

You can specify the following criteria for running the report:

    Export to the screen or to a PDF file.

    Run the report for Schools or School Groups.

    Filter the report by School/School Group, School, Method, and Serving Period.

    Generate the report for a specific day or a specific month/year.
