The Recipe Nutrient Composition report summarizes the detailed nutrient content of the recipe. The report includes the nutrient analysis of each ingredient, the total nutrient analysis of the recipe, and the per serving nutrient analysis of the recipe.
Report Criteria
You can specify the following criteria for running the report:
•Export to the screen or to a PDF file.
•Filter the report by Grade Group.
•Select Recipes to include in the report (click Select Recipes, select recipes to include, and click Select).
•Sort by Recipe Description or Recipe ID.
