The Recipe report displays the recipe with ingredients and preparation instructions which can be used by kitchen staff to produce the recipe with the specified yield. You can also view Nutrient Analysis and Meal Pattern values for a recipe. If you check the Recipe Costs checkbox, the cost per ingredient for a recipe will be included in the report.
Note: You must select at least one recipe before you can run the Recipe report.
Report Criteria
You can specify the following criteria for running the report:
• Export to the screen or to a PDF file.
• Filter the report by Grade Group.
• Sort by Recipe Description or Recipe ID.
• Select Recipes to include in the report (click Select Recipes, select recipes to include, and click Select).
• Specify whether to include HACCP Instructions, Nutrient Analysis, Meal Pattern, Pull Ticket, and Recipe Costs information.
