Reclassify Transactions

You can run the reclassification process as many times as necessary. Use the following procedure to reclassify transactions:

1.  Go to Community > Eligibility > Applications. The most recent applications appear at the top of the page.

2.  Select Reclassify Households from the drop-down list next to the Print Letters button. A Reclassify Households prompt appears:

This action will reclassify all applications with a submission date.

Edit each school’s “Lock Claims Prior To” date to prevent from affecting Claim and Financial data.

The Lock Claims Prior To field is located on the School Details tab (Admin > Schools, click More Details for a school record, access the School Details tab).

3.  Click OK to confirm that you want to reprocess transactions for DC students and applications that have a submission date.
