For the Roster report (Reports > Community > Roster), if you check the Show Household Surveys checkbox, a Household Survey column will be included on the Roster. The following values in this column indicate the status of a student’s household survey:
• N/A will display for adults and students at non-CEP schools.
• Available indicates that the household survey feature is active and available for the student’s school but the parent/guardian has not completed a household survey for the student.
• Completed indicates that the household survey feature is active and available for the student’s school and the parent/guardian has completed a household survey for the student.
Note: If there are multiple students in the household and the parent completed a household survey for both non-CEP and CEP students, the Household Survey status will be Completed for all students in that household (there is only one household; the survey is attached to all students in that household).
The report header will include totals for the Available Household Surveys and Completed Household Surveys student counts.
If a school district is not licensed for the household surveys feature and the Show Household Surveys checkbox is checked before the Roster is run, no values will appear in the Household Survey column.
