Use the following procedure to run a report.
1. Go to Reports > Standard. The Reports screen appears.
2. Under Category, expand the appropriate category (Community, POS, Inventory, or Menus) and click the report you want to run.
3. Select the report criteria in the fields provided. (Refer to the individual report topics for information about each report.)
4. If the report is available in several formats, those formats will display in a drop-down list when you click the down arrow next to Run. Select the format you want to create.
5. If you want to run the default report or no other format is available, click Run.
