Sales Roster by Grade Report

The Sales Roster by Grade report, which replaces the ATHA01 Sales Roster custom report, provides a list of students (based on school and grade criteria) who purchased meals on a specified date. The item sold name and quantity are provided and totaled by grade.

You can select multiple serving periods and grades. To select multiple items, click on the item in the drop-down list to add it to the selection box. To remove an item, click the X beside the entry.

Report Criteria

You can specify the following criteria for running the report:

    Export to the screen or to a PDF file.

    Run the report for Schools or School Groups.

    Filter by School/School Group, Date, Serving Period, and Grades.
