Set Reimbursement Rates

Update Reimbursement Rates during the summer after Rollover is performed but before the next school year starts. This information will update data on the Basic Claims, Edit Check, and Meal and Revenue reports.

1.  Go to Admin > Definitions/Setup > Community > Reimbursement Rates.

2.  Select Update Reimbursement Rates from the drop-down list next to the Save button. The Update Reimbursement Rates screen appears.

3.  Select the rate plan that applies to your school:

    Less than 60%

    Less than 60% + Performance-based increase

    60% or more

    60% or more + Performance-based increase

    Maximum Rate

    Maximum Rate + Performance-based increase

4.  Click Update.

5.  Verify that the rates look correct for the plan you selected.

Note: Numbers can be manually adjusted if necessary. Attendance Factor is taken from the Universal Attendance Factor in Admin > Definitions/Setup > Global > System Options.

6.  Click Save.
