Student ID Cards Report

The Student ID Cards report allows you to print IDs on Avery 5390 labels. The labels include the student’s name, a barcode, and patron ID or PIN. The report is sorted by school and then classroom in alphabetical order.

Report Criteria

You can specify the following criteria for running the report:

•    Export to the screen or to a PDF file.

•    Run the report for Schools or School Groups.

•    Filter by School or School Group.

•    Include all grades or a specific grade.

•    Include all classrooms or a specific classroom.

•    Show the PIN or the ID number.

•    Group by classroom.
