Task 1: Set School Dates, Purge Non-Student Household Members

1.  In the School Options section of the Community tab, enter dates in the School Starts and School Ends fields.

2.  In the Application Options section:

    Select Purge Non-Student Household Members if you want to archive all Non-Student Household Members on applications.

    Select Disassociate DC Relationships to break all DC relationships when you run the End of Year process.

The following tooltip appears when you click the “?” next to this field: If selected, will remove the household link between DC students (from Student Records/Household tab). Students are still retained separately. If not selected, DC students in the same household will remain associated in Student Records.
