Task 2. Edit an Order

Note: You cannot edit an order once the shopping list is marked as Order Complete.

1.  Go to Inventory > Ordering > School Orders.

2.  Select the appropriate school from the School Orders drop-down list at the top of the screen.

3.  Locate the order and click More Details. The order details appear.

To edit the order quantity for an item:

1.  Double-click the amount in the Quantity field.

2.  Update the quantity.

3.  Click Save.

To add an item to the order:

1.  Select Add Item from the Action button drop-down list.

2.  On the Add Item window, select or enter the item and click Add.

3.  Enter the Quantity.

4.  Click Save Orders.

To remove an item from the order:

1.  Select the items that you want to remove.

2.  Select Remove Item from the Action button drop-down list.

3.  Click Save Orders.

To Add an Order Comment for a Vendor

1.  Click the Comments drop-down arrow.

2.  Enter the Comments text.

3.  Click Save Orders.
