In the Adult Options section:
•Select Do Not Purge Active Adults to archive active adults.
The following tooltip appears when you hover over the “?” next to this field: If selected, all active adults will remain in the upcoming school year.
•Select Purge Active Adults That Have Not Had A Transaction in XX Days, Have No Balance And Are Not Associated With A Classroom to archive active adults that have no balance, are not associated with a classroom, and have not had a transaction in the number of days you specify in the years, months, and days fields.
The following tooltip appears when you hover over the “?” next to this field: If selected, any adults who meet the specified criteria will be removed from the upcoming school year. All history will still be saved in the database.
