On the Assign Schools tab, assign or remove inventory from schools.
1. Select the appropriate inventory functions from the options in the top-left corner under Change Photo:
•Active: Check this checkbox to make the item available to the selected school types. Typically, you would not assign this option to equipment. Uncheck this checkbox to remove the item from display at the schools.
•Order: Check this checkbox to allow schools to order the inventory item.
•Count: Check this checkbox to make sure the item is accounted for during physical inventory.
2. Select a school type from the School Types drop-down list to filter the list of schools.
3. Check the checkbox next to specific schools or check the checkbox to the left of the School ID column heading to select all schools.
4. Click Save.
