Verification samples MUST be created on October 1. Before creating verification, you must know which sampling method you will use to select the applications. The sampling method you use MUST be approved by your state agency. Usually, your state agency will inform your district about which method to use.
1. Select your method.
2. If necessary, modify the Pool Settings.
3. Click Create Pool (only click once, this step may take a moment to complete).
