Task 4: Add Translations

Use Translations to convert values in an import file into meaningful data in the app.

1.  If you just added the field(s) to the integration map, save and exit the integration map.

2.  Reopen the integration map (Admin > Definitions/Setup > Integration Maps).

3.  If a field can be translated, Translations will display in the row. Click Translations. The Translations screen appears.

Note: KINGAP and Medicaid are not available options for translation.

4.  Do the following for each translation:

    Click Add.

    Enter the Translated Value and the Imported Value.

    Click Save.

5.  Save the integration map.
